Turkey:Insurance market sees premiums surge by 36% in 1H

The insurance sector saw total premiums increase by 35.5% in the first half of 2016 to TRY20.65 billion (US$6.9 billion), according to data from the Insurance Association of Turkey. Real growth stood at 27%.
