Jordan: Insurance association issues motor guide

The training and research department of the Jordan Insurance Federation (JOIF) has issued a motor insurance guide as part of insurance awareness efforts.
The guide, published on JOIF’s website, covers topics like the definition of insurance, motor insurance, conditions and exclusions of Jordanian compulsory insurance, compulsory insurance pricing, comprehensive motor insurance, deductibles, procedures to be followed in a motor accident, and a directory of insurers authorised to sell motor insurance.
JOIF published the guide to promote the work of its technical committees and so that customers can benefit from their expertise through the issuance of guidelines, reported Al Anbat News.
