UAE: Nasco invests in training for employees

Nasco Insurance Group has launched its in-house Training Academy to develop and enhance the skills and business acumen of its employees.
Nasco has since partnered with Pearson for the design and delivery of an executive management programme covering topics such as organisational and team leadership, finance management and digital marketing. Participants will receive a professional certificate awarded by partner universities at the end of the training. So far, over 200 employees have undergone the training programme. M
