Regulators issue consultation draft on determining systemically important insurers

The People's Bank of China (PBOC) and the CBIRC have issued the "Measures for the Evaluation of Systemically Important Insurance Companies (Draft for Comment)", which clarifies the evaluation scope, methods and criteria for determining domestic systemically important insurance companies (D-SII).
