Bahrain:Takaful holding company sold to Al Salam Bank

Ithmaar Holding has agreed to sell Solidarity Group Holding, one of the largest takaful groups globally and the parent of Solidarity Bahrain, to Al Salam Bank, an Islamic financial institution.
