Turkey:Agricultural insurance pool receives claims for losses due to recent snowfalls

Tarsim, Turkey's agricultural insurance pool, has said that it expects so far to pay TRY26m ($1.94m) in compensation in respect of 156 claims from producers arising from damage caused by the heavy snowfalls of recent days.
