South Africa:Non-life sector shows creditable performance in 2020 despite COVID-19

The non-life insurance industry in South Africa reported gross written premiums (GWP) of ZAR128bn ($8.5bn) in 2020. This amounts to an increase of 5% when compared to the ZAR122bn recorded in 2019.
