Oman:Takaful market sees sales inch up in 2020

The takaful sector in Oman saw gross direct contributions increase by 1.1% to OMR64.85m ($168.43m) in 2020 compared to OMR64.17m in 2019. This represented 13.9% of the overall direct premium income of OMR465.90m in Oman's insurance industry last year.
