Kuwait:Executive insurance regulations take effect

The Insurance Regulatory Unit (IRU) has introduced executive regulations for the new insurance law (Law No 125 of 2019), in a new phase of regulation and supervision of the insurance industry, taking into account the best international regulatory and supervisory practices. The regulations took effect yesterday.
