Nigeria:Auto insurers look to proposed new law to crush racketeers and uninsured vehicles

The Nigerian insurance industry is losing about NGN48bn ($117m) annually due to fake motor insurance policies and uninsured vehicles on the roads. Insurers are looking at the enactment of a new law to plug this leakage.
