Lebanon:Insurance industry posts 6% fall in premium income in first 3 quarters

Figures released by the Insurance Control Commission show that the gross written premiums of 50 licensed insurance companies in Lebanon reached $1.19bn in the first nine months of 2020, constituting a decrease of 5.9% from $1.26bn in the corresponding period in 2019.
