China on track to raise healthcare standards

China's ambitious series of healthcare reforms remain on track as the government seeks to improve access and contain costs of healthcare in the country. One of these strategies includes adding innovative treatments to the country's national insurance coverage list while compelling drug companies to cut their prices in exchange for the volume gains brought by inclusion.
