GCC:70% of employers adjust or plan to revise employee compensation

The majority, or specifically, 70%, of GCC employers responding to a recent survey have or are planning to adjust one or more elements of their compensation and benefits (C&B) programmes in response to the business impact of COVID-19, says Mercer, global human resources consulting firm.
