Algeria:Cash Assurances sees 2019 premium income surge by 33%

One of Algeria's five biggest insurers, Compagnie d'Assurances des Hydrocarbures (Cash Assurances), increased its premium income by 33% to DZD12.78bn ($100m) in 2019, compared to 2018. But its net profit fell by 43% to DZD405m, according to the annual financial statements of the insurer.
