Nigeria:Divestment talks begin for 65% stake in insurer

FBN Holdings, the financial holding company of one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in Africa, has started talks with its partner Sanlam Emerging Markets (SEM) about selling its stake of 65% in FBN Insurance to the latter.
