South Africa:Sanlam forms life insurance joint venture

Sanlam, one of South Africa's largest insurers, has linked arms with African Rainbow Capital (ARC), an investment firm controlled by South African mining billionaire Patrice Motsepe, to establish a life insurer, African Rainbow Life (ARL).
