Egypt:Regulator and insurers study business retention rates

The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and the Insurance Federation of Egypt (IFE) are studying retention rates in the insurance market, with a view to increasing them, according to Mr Reda Abdel Moaty, FRA's vice chairman.
