Nigeria:Fed government to enforce compulsory building insurance

The federal government will commence the enforcement of compulsory insurance, the Commissioner for Insurance, Mr Olorundare Sunday Thomas, has indicated following the collapse of 21-storey building in Ikoyi in Lagos on 1 November.
