Turkey:Motor 3rd party liability insurance enters new era

Compensation to be paid for compulsory motor third-party liability insurance has become more predictable with the adoption of an amendment to the Highway Traffic Law by lawmakers, says the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency (SEDDK). With this legal framework, compensation will be fairer and paid more quickly.
