Les Rendez-Vous de Septembre

After the 2020 and 2021 editions were cancelled due to the pandemic, Les Rendez-Vous de Septembre returns this year as an in-person event to welcome insurance and reinsurance players from all over the world to meet up and hold bilateral discussions ahead of renewals.

6th Saudi Insurance Symposium

The two-day event aims attract more than 1,000 insurance specialist, local officials, international managers and executives to discuss the role of insurance sector within Saudi Arabia’s economic development in light of the many new policies and regulations issued by the Saudi Central Bank recently.
 
4th Sharm Rendezvous
2-4 October 2022, Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt
Organised by Insurance Federation of Egypt, the three-day event will include sessions like regulatory reforms to meet the new insurance risks (Regulation: change on the horizon); InsurTech and new technologies; steps to improve innovation in the insurance industry regionally and globally; and sustainable insurance and the road to COP 27; How the sector can support climate change resilience?
 
Türkiye Rendezvous 2022
Theme: ‘Creating an Insurance Hub towards Vision 2024’ 
10-11 October 2022, Istanbul, Turkiye
The inaugural Turkiye Rendezvous aims to bring together industry players from Turkiye and around the globe.
 
The event will cover a wide range of topics: Responses to geopolitical tensions; thought leadership of c-level executives; the implementation of technology; challenges faced due to inflation; the formation of the Turkic World Insurance Union; best industry practices to be adopted; and the adoption of IFRS17.
 
26th Indonesia Rendezvous 
Theme: ‘Reshape, Reload, Reengage, Ready for the next 25 years’
12-15 October 2022, Bali, Indonesia
The 26th Indonesia Rendezvous is back as an in-person event this year and is expected to welcome industry leaders from all around the region. The event will see expert speakers giving in-depth presentations, analyses and discussions and offer delegates a chance to meet and network with likeminded professionals in the industry to explore ways to address challenges in today’s business environment.
 
18th Singapore International Reinsurance Conference 2022
Theme: ‘Re-Connecting … Re-shaping the Future!’
31 October - 3 November 2022, Singapore
The 18th Singapore International Reinsurance Conference (SIRC) will be an in-person event – with an online component for overseas delegates unable to attend in person. The SIRC, organised by the Singapore Reinsurers’ Association, has established itself as one of the most important events on the global reinsurance calendar where leading insurers, brokers and reinsurers gather to take stock of the reinsurance market and set the tone for the renewal season while exploring new opportunities for business cooperation. At the last live event in 2019, the SIRC drew almost 1,100 delegates and nearly 1,900 meeting visitors from 52 countries, with over 200 industry organisations actively supporting the event as partners, exhibitors and meeting hosts.
