Egypt:Insurers eye credit ratings and big contracts

Several insurance companies in Egypt have started to seek credit ratings to gain a competitive advantage that would enable them to win large insurance contracts, especially with respect to special risks insurance such as petroleum and aviation, as well as to cover foreign investment projects that require insurance by companies classified by international institutions.
