6 standalone health insurers see 1H premium plunge

In the first half of this year, six Chinese standalone health insurance companies posted a total premium of CNY14.29bn ($2.1bn), a plunge of 73.6% year-on-year, according to an analysis by Blue Whale Finance of the companies' quarterly solvency reports.
