Preliminary disclosures recently published by United Arab Emirates (UAE) listed insurers reveal that 2017 was a remarkable year for the sector as a whole. Insurers posted healthy top-line growth, improved operating profits, and stronger shareholders' equity, notes S&P Global Ratings.
