The Insurance Commission will look to improve the insurance regulatory framework in the Philippines through the revised RBC2 framework, without unduly imposing unnecessary burdens on the industry, Deputy Commissioner Ferdinand George A. Florendo said, highlighting some of the challenges in balancing the need for regulatory changes while taking into consideration industry feedback.
