Singapore:US$27-mln institute set up to enhance public understanding of risk

The National University of Singapore (NUS) and Lloyd's Register Foundation yesterday officially launched the Lloyd's Register Foundation Institute for the Public Understanding of Risk at NUS, the first international academic and public outreach institution of its kind in Asia to enhance public understanding of risk.
