Aspen Insurance Holdings Ltd. announced that its reinsurance segment, Aspen Re, has appointed Mr Philip Hough as managing director, Asia Pacific. Mr Hough will be based in Singapore and will report to Aspen Re CEO Thomas Lillelund.
