Reinsurance:Qatar Re appoints William Malloy as chairman

Qatar Reinsurance (Qatar Re), the global multi-line reinsurer and subsidiary of QIC Global, has announced the appointment of Mr William Malloy to serve as independent non-executive chairman following the retirement of Mr Sunil Talwar.
